Job Description:
Perform analysis of data fields in the various systems/end user applications used by the Client Multifamily Division.
Examine the data mapping and data lineage activities, and define the usage.
Work with Business Requirement Team to conceptualize the data structure based on the business needs.
Skills Needed:
Knowledge of mortgage terminology/industry is required.
Basic knowledge of multifamily mortgage loans and its structure. (Knowledge in Client loan products/underwriting process/asset management is a plus.)
Hands-on data analysis and data query experience, preferred. (Toad, Oracle)
Ability to absorb information and data from multiple sources, apply strong analytical skills
Good general understanding of the data concepts (Data Quality, Data Modeling, etc.) with emphasis on Metadata.
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business partners.
Must have strong communication skills with ability to work in a team.
